Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-S16-R
Omron FHV7H-M004-S16-R is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for precise visual inspections and traceability on difficult surfaces.
The camera is equipped with a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 16 mm (S16, autofocus) lens, which provides a narrow field of view and high clarity for checking small components and detailed markings.
The integrated red LED (Red) illumination provides superior contrast on colored and reflective surfaces, reducing reflections and allowing DPM codes to be read and markings to be verified accurately. This makes the camera ideal for applications where standard white lighting does not provide sufficient results.
Integration into automated production lines is facilitated by EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, and processing is done at speeds of up to 60 fps.
