Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-S16-IR
Omron FHV7H-M004-S16-IR is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for precision visual inspection and traceability applications on difficult surfaces.
The camera features a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 16 mm (S16, autofocus) lens, which provides a narrow field of view and clear images for inspecting small components and fine markings.
The integrated infrared (IR) LED illumination eliminates reflections and provides superior contrast on metal, plastic and reflective. This allows DPM code reading and the detection of invisible defects in standard white light, making it ideal for critical inspections.
With EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, FHV7H-M004-S16-IR can be quickly integrated into automated production lines, with a processing speed of up to 60 fps.
