Omron FHV7H-M004-S12-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for fast visual inspections and traceability applications where maximum flexibility is needed.
The camera is equipped with a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 12 mm (S12, autofocus) lens, providing a narrow field of view and clear images for checking small parts and fine markings.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination allows adaptation to materials and various surfaces, highlighting defects or engravings invisible in white light. This functionality makes it ideal for DPM code reading, label verification and quality control on reflective or transparent surfaces.
Integration is easy in automated production lines via EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, with a processing speed of up to 60 fps.
