Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-S09-MC
Omron FHV7H-M004-S09-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for high-speed visual inspections and traceability, with maximum flexibility thanks to multi-color illumination.
The camera uses a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 9 mm (S09, autofocus) lens, which offers a medium field of view, ideal for general applications where a balance between the whole and the detail is sought.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination allows the optimal light color to be selected for each application, bringing out highlights defects or markings that are difficult to see in white light. This makes it ideal for DPM code reading, multi-material inspections and verification of markings on complex surfaces.
Integration into automated production lines is simplified by EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, with fast processing up to 60 fps.
