Omron FHV7H-C063R-S12-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for complex visual inspections and high-precision traceability.
Equipped with a high-performance 6.3 MP (3072 × 2048 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 12 mm (S12, autofocus) lens, this camera offers a balanced field of view, making it ideal for detail inspections on medium-sized products.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination ensures maximum flexibility, allowing the choice of light color according to the surface being inspected. This facilitates detection of defects that are difficult to see in white light, such as scratches, engravings or DPM marks on reflective or transparent materials.
With support for EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET, the FHV7H-C063R-S12-MC quickly integrates into automated production lines, maintaining a processing speed of up to 60 fps.
