The Zebra AltiZ AZ1D4MR is the medium field of view version of the AltiZ 3D sensor series, designed for industrial applications where a balance between high accuracy and medium area coverage is needed.
This model uses a red laser (660 nm) in a unique dual-camera / single-laser architecture, which eliminates shadow areas and provides consistent 3D data in the form of rectified profiles, depth maps or point clouds.
With a near field of view (FoV) of 85 mm, a 165 mm far field of view and a 225 mm Z-range, the sensor is suitable for 3D inspection and metrology applications in medium to high speed production lines.
