The Zebra FS40-SR20D4-4C00W is a fixed industrial scanner with Auto-Focus, part of the FS40 family, optimized for reading DPM (Direct Part Marking) codes and standard 1D/2D codes. It features a 2.3 MP monochrome CMOS sensor (1920 × 1200 px, global shutter) and a Auto-Focus (Standard Range) liquid lens, which allows it to provide high-precision readings in critical industrial applications.
The integrated blue LED (470 nm) illumination is ideal for applications where codes engraved, stamped or inscribed on metal, plastic or reflective materials require high contrast to be correctly detected. Together with the Fast 2D decoder (60 fps), the FS40-SR20D4-4C00W guarantees fast and reliable reading of codes, including difficult DPM ones.
The model integrates easily into industrial infrastructures thanks to its multiple connectivity: Ethernet with PoE, RS-232, USB-C and support for industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). Zebra Aurora™ software facilitates configuration and management, and the PRZM Intelligent Imaging, ImagePerfect+, ManyCode and Golden Image Compare functions contribute to reliable and efficient reading.
