CAB HERMES Q printing and application systems

The CAB HERMES Q print and apply system is a multifunctional print and apply system that offers superior performance in the field of high-frequency production. This system can print and apply labels and self-adhesive labels to your products according to the individual process. In addition, this system can print and apply labels to overlapping products such as packaging, lighting fixtures and irregular products. This system can be configured to print variable-sized labels as well as high-resolution images including barcodes, logos and images and can be connected to automated production systems.

HERMES Q has been designed for automated printing and labeling in production lines. Various applicators are provided for rolling, blowing or stamping labels onto products or packaging. Units of the same width are interchangeable. These are automatically detected by the CPU and calibrated. The printing distance to the locating edge can be adjusted. Major data such as operational performance, maximum operating temperature and thermal energy are recorded on the print head. The data can be read from the factory.

Label rolls

All units can be provided with a take-up reel for taking up rolls with maximum diameters of either 205 mm or 305 mm.

Directions to which you distribute the labels

All units can be designed to provide labels either left or right.

Assembly orientations

All units can be rotated vertically up to 360° or assembled in horizontal orientation.
